Delivery in Belgium

Elja products calls on DPD or Bpost for the shipment of your package under 30 kg! The estimated delivery time is 5 working days, but it can take longer.

The shipping costs with DPD home delivery for all of Belgium: € 6 to 20 kg
The shipping costs with Bpost home delivery for all of Belgium: € 5.50 to 5 kg, € 6 for 5-10 kg, € € 0.50 for 10-30 kg
The shipping costs with Bpost parcel machine for the whole of Belgium: € 4.5 up to 10 kg, € 7.5 for 10-30 kg

For orders over 30kg we work with a transport company. The shipping costs are calculated with your order.

Delivery in the Netherlands

Elja products calls on DPD for the shipment of your package! The estimated delivery time is 5 working days, but it can take longer.

The shipping costs with DPD home delivery for the Netherlands: € 10 to 20 kg


For orders over 20 kg, we work with a transport company. The shipping costs are calculated with your order .

Delivery time

We ship products that are in stock within 4 working days. For items that are not in stock, we try to deliver these items as soon as possible. If this is not possible, we will contact you.

Returns

You have the right to return goods within 14 working days of receipt. You must ensure that the goods are returned undamaged. If you have opened the packaging of the liquid products, we cannot take it back. If the products have become unsaleable, we reserve the right to refund a lower amount.
